Tannery of the Year for China to float on stock exchange

Xing Ye Leather Technology Company, named Tannery of the Year for China in September 2011, has announced that it intends to raise new capital by selling 60 million shares in the business on the stock exchange in Shanghai.

Based in Jinjiang City in Fujian Province, Xing Ye has said it hopes to raise more than $95 million as a result of the flotation, which it will invest in a new tannery.
