BISS 2011, an international Smart Shoe and Parts Fair, was held in Busan, South Korea from Oct 13 to 15, and was deemed a success.

The footwear exhibition, hosted by Busan Metropolitan City and organised by the Footwear Industrial Promotion Centre of Busan Economic Promotion Agency, played host to 132 exhibiting companies (111 from South Korea and 21 from abroad). The event’s aim is to create business opportunities and aid companies in establishing networks within the industry.
