Omega opens largest European boutique in London
Swiss brand Omega, which sells luxury watches and other luxury goods, has opened its largest European boutique to date at new London shopping centre, Westfield Stratford.
The store is the Swatch-owned brand’s eighth in the UK. At 790 square metres, it is Omega’s largest store in Europe. It split over two floors and will offer shoppers new and classic Omega timepieces, plus its own lines of leathergoods, jewellery and perfume.
Omega president Stephen Urquhart said: “We are delighted to continue our expansion in the UK, and our new boutique at Westfield Stratford demonstrates what an important market this is for us. We are very proud to be the Official Timekeeper for the London 2012 Olympic Games, and with the Games fast approaching, the world will be watching this exciting city and the UK. We are honoured to be part of this.”
