China: Baigou earns $19.6m from first half bags exports

According to a report from Baigou New Town Committee, the Chinese town of Baigou’s luggage and bags exports showed exceptional growth for the first half. Direct exports had a value of $19.6 million, an increase of 139%, according to the committee.
Luggage and bags from the town are mainly exported to the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Sweden, US, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
