E-Land buys Mandarina Duck

South Korean group, E-Land Europe, has acquired Italian leathergoods and accessories company, Mandarina Duck, for $66 million.

 

E-Land intends to re-launch the brand in markets worldwide and has nominated Christopher Bizzio new CEO of the company. Mr Bizzio has already been CEO of Mandarina Duck and Mosaicon from 2008 to 2010, and prior to that he held roles in Salvatore Ferragamo, MPS net and Trussardi.
