Italian luxury leathergoods brand Tod’s has introduced its new Signature line as part of its autumn-winter 2011 collection. Featuring a range of leather bags and small leathergoods, the line is identifiable through a quilted, stitched and embossed pattern that mimics the rubber pebbles found on the sole of the brand’s Gommino driving shoe.

Inspired by the designs of Louis Kahn, called the “most monumental of modern architects,” Tod’s autumn-winter 2011 collection is structured and angular. Bag families include rectangular medium-strap shoulder bags in various sizes and materials; contrast-coloured clutches in snakeskin and crocodile and square-shaped bags in calf leather and suede.
