DK Leather considers Japan office
Malaysia-based automotive leather upholstery manufacturer, DK Leather Seat, is considering establishing a representative office in Japan. Business development manager Koo Evie said the company needed to look into the possibility of establishing a representative office for future undertakings and to penetrate the market after having assessed the current situation there.
DK Leather Seat currently has offices in Singapore, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Thailand and the UAE, to cater for the export market.
According to Ms Evie, the firm exports about 80% of the company’s products while the remaining 20% cater for the domestic market.
