The new Opéra watch from luxury Swiss brand Saint Honoré comes, in the Classic model, with an attractive strap in purple leather, but the company has developed a new system to make it easier for wearers to change the strap to a different colour to fit the spring mood quickly and easily.

“The totally-round case conjures up softness and femininity and underlines the exclusivity of this model,” the company said on launching the product. “The case is extended for even greater comfort by movable horns that match the shape of the wrist perfectly.”

These movable horns are part of the new system that allows for fast changes of strap. A wide variety of leather colours is available; the purple that comes as standard matches the numerals dial, but change is easy.

According to Saint Honoré, the new Opéra exudes “a totally feminine presence full of grace”.
