Zambian tannery has a chance of Egyptian investment

A delegation of business figures from Egypt travelled to Zambia at the start of April to explore investment opportunities. The group represented around 30 Egyptian companies and said that it had earmarked a combined total of around $5 billion for initial investment in Zambia.
Local media reported that one of the projects likely to attract investment from Egypt is a tannery in Kabwe, the capital of Zambia's Central Province.
