Texas-based leather luggage manufacturer Glanor has announced that it is preparing to launch its products--which include briefcases, laptop cases, other bags, belts and wallets and so on--in the Canadian market

As well as exhibiting at the 31st Luggage, Leathergoods, Handbags and Accessories Association of Canada exhibition in Toronto in mid-April, Glanor has set up a distribution centre in Mississauga, Ontario, specifically to handle orders from Canadian retailers.

Chief executive, Maaz Hilal, said on announcing the development that he was sure Glanor specialist use of rugged, distressed and rustic-finished leather would prove popular in the Canadian market. He added: "It has been our endeavour to bring the most distinctive and durable leather luggage line into the leather bags and fashion industry of North America. This is one major step in that direction. Second-to-none quality backed with no-boundary customer service has been Glanor's motto and Canadians will be no exception whatsoever."
