At a press briefing about the event, advisor to Sindh chief minister, Zubair Motiwala, said that key foreign and local players in the value chain of the livestock, dairy, fisheries, and poultry sector were expected to participate as exhibitors.

Prominent businessmen, prospective investors, multilateral agencies and academia will also participate in the event that will highlight investment opportunities within the sectors.

The event aims to bring local and foreign investors, buyers and consumers under one roof to discuss and share ideas to promote the sectors.

“The Sindh Enterprise Development Fund will issue interest-free loans to farmers for promoting livestock and farming in rural areas,” Mr Motiwla said.
