GST completes Seton acquisition

This moves gives GST complete ownership of the Seton Company; it acquired Seton’s North American, Korean and Chinese operations in September 2010. GST said the acquisition had allowed it to realise several of its key objectives because it now has developmental and production capacity around the globe.
The president and chief executive of GST, Dennis Hiller, said on making the announcement: “The acquisition of Seton comes after two years of conversation and diligent work. I am extremely pleased that both companies recognised the advantage of bringing these two industry leaders together.”
