High growth for China leather sector in November

During the month of November 2010, the Chinese leather industry posted a 50% export growth compared with November 2009, according to the China Leather Industry Association (CLIA).
Production for leather making in November saw a growth of 37.6% year on year, and a growth of 27.1% was reported in the first 11 months of 2010 to $18.2 billion.
