Pakistan has reported exports of 20,588 tonnes of meat and meat products with a value of $57.9 million in first five months of the current financial year (July-November 2010) compared to 14,533 tonnes worth $39 million in the corresponding period last year, growth of 41.7% in volume and 48.2% in value.

In the month of November 2010 alone, Pakistan exported 4,277 tonnes of meat and meat products with a value of $11.4 million compared to 3,908 tonnes, valued at $10.2 million in the corresponding month in 2009.
