Senior management changes at Trumpler

Christian Roos, long-time managing director of leather chemicals manufacturer Trumpler, has announced his retirement, which will take effect on December 31, 2010. He will take up a position on the advisory board of the Trumpler group of companies.

His replacement will be Joachim Müller-Damerau who was appointed as joint managing director in September 2010 having joined the company in April 2009 as financial director. The Trumpler group will be led by Mr Müller-Damerau and Dr Thomas Feigel, who since 2004 has been responsible for the areas of marketing, products, production and sales; Dr Feigel will continue in this capacity.

Mr Müller-Damerau will take responsibility for the areas of finance, controlling, personnel and purchasing.

Prior to joining Trumpler, Mr Müller-Damerau held similar positions at other companies in the chemical industry and chemical trading, and brings with him profound knowledge and experience in this area.
