Bridge of Weir donates leather to charity restaurant

Bridge of Weir Leather Company (BoW), part of Scottish Leather Group, has donated hides from its Grampian range in stone grey for use on the banquette seating in the refurbishment of a special restaurant, Fifteen London.

Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver founded Fifteen London in 2002. It is a restaurant that gives disadvantaged young people a chance to have a better future with a career in the food industry. All profits go to the Jamie Oliver Foundation, a charity that helps young people train to become chefs.

A palette of rich auburn, chestnut, and stone was used in the refurbishment, with the earthy tones emulated in leather screens and leather door handle and rail coverings, also supplied by Bridge of Weir.

Bridge of Weir sales manager, Paul Weston commented: “We’re delighted to have supported Fifteen London in the recent restaurant refurbishment. The Fifteen Foundation is a unique charity that does fantastic work for underprivileged young people across the country. Bridge of Weir Leather is proud to assist them in their mission.”
