Leathergoods imports increase in Shanghai

Shanghai Customs has confirmed that the import of luggage and bags has increased by 64.1% on last year’s figures. Imports were reported at $540 million during the first ten months of the year.
Total imports of consumer goods from Europe, the US, Japan and Switzerland amounted to $4.39 billion, while the total value of imported goods in Shanghai increased by 8.8% to $6.9 billion.
