New tannery opens in Guansu

The Hongliang Tannery officially opened on October 22 in the Guanghe Economic and Developing Zone in Guansu, a northwest province of China.
A number of local and international visitors attended the opening ceremony including representatives from shoe firms Aokang, Belle, Senda and Red Dragonfly.
The tannery has an annual capacity of 600,000 pieces of cow leather and also features a technical research centre.
