Zhaoyuan Leather Park exports reach $100 million

A leather park in Zhaoyuan, China, has really thrived with support of the local government. The zone has attracted 26 leather manufacturers to the area, generating 4,000 local jobs in the process.
According to reports, production value during the first nine months of the year totalled approximately $688 million and export value has reached $100 million.
Another ten industrial zones are being built in the surrounding area, with 150 companies expected to set up their operations there in the near future.
