The China Leather Industry Association (CLIA) is to launch a new leathergoods design competition. The aim is to encourage leathergoods companies to improve in the design area and to make more fashionable products.

 The event will take place in Huadu district, Guangzhou city on December 23, concurrent with the tenth China Shilling Leather and Leather Goods Trade Festival.
Participants can register their entries at www.cslleather.com until November 20.
