Noemi Ivanova launches new functional leather bags
Swedish designer Noemi Ivanova has added two new leather bags to her Made by Noemi accessories collection.
The first is a black bag named the ‘Carrier bag’ because of its simple design and elegant style. The leather is slightly shiny but the back has rough handles that are attached with two silver buttons. The idea was to create a plain bag that men who don’t normally like carrying a bag would be able to use.
The second bag is made from green re-used leather and is called ‘Big bag in green’. It is specially made for designers who are out shopping for fabric so that they can carry samples and other useful tools around with them in just one bag.
"I believe in trying to simplify everyday life by creating items from the needs that exist. And in my life the bag that carries all my belongings during the day is the hero. By combining ingenious design and beautiful materials I try to create stylish, one-of-a-kind bags for both men and women," says Ms Ivanova.
