Leather sector start-ups on the increase

Information compiled by Dun & Bradstreet shows that 262 leather and footwear companies started up between January and August 2010 compared to 130 during the same period last year.
In the first eight months of this year, 74 leather and footwear businesses closed down in Spain compared to 70 in the same period last year.
