New UK sales manager for Andrew Muirhead and Son

A veteran of the industry and leather expert, Mr Young began his career at the Liverpool Tanning Company as administration manager in 1973. He held multiple roles at the company, progressing to group sales and marketing director before joining The Yarwood Group as sales director in 1998. He has joined Andrew Muirhead and Son from Crest JMT Leather.
Commenting on his appointment he said: “I am delighted to be taking up the role of UK sales manager at Andrew Muirhead and Son, an innovator in the field of leather manufacturing with a reputation for excellence, particularly in the aviation market. It will be a pleasure to represent a company with such a commitment to delivering a top-quality product to customers”
Andrew Muirhead and Son supplies leather to most of the world’s leading airlines including British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Emirates and Qantas. The company supplied leather for the public and business lounges at London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5, as well as public seating at the world’s longest champagne bar at St Pancras Station in central London.
