More than 80 new exhibitors at ACLE

Around 83 exhibitors are expected to attend the upcoming All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE), which runs September 1-3 in Shanghai. Exhibition space will increase by 35% with both exhibitor and visitor numbers expected to rise. The leather manufacturing and chemical sections will see the biggest expansion.

Organisers are expecting around 14,000 to attend the event, representing 39 countries. Several countries including Brazil, Italy and Pakistan have increased their participation substantially, while the Turkish pavilion is 40% larger, France’s is 39% bigger and Brazil’s has grown 28%. The Italian pavilion organised by the National Association of Italian Manufacturers of Footwear, Leathergoods, Tannery Machines and Accessories (ASSOMAC) is up by an impressive 64%, while the Indian and Taiwanese pavilions are more than double the size compared with last year.
