Australian beef exports to South East Asia and Greater China grew 18% to 13,231 tonnes. Shipments for the January to July period grew 3% to 71,062 tonnes.

Demand for high-value beef in Southeast Asia and Greater China continued throughout the seven-month period, with chilled shipments up 7% and grain-fed beef exports up 49% year-on-year to 7,742 tonnes and 5,455 tonnes, respectively.
