New board members at Tandy Leather
Tandy Leather Factory has appointed two new members to its board of directors. Mark Angus and Bryan Wilkinson will join the Tandy Leather Factory board with immediate effect. The additions increase the board to nine members.
Mr Angus has been with the company since 1985 and currently serves as senior vice president. He is responsible for product research and development, including intellectual property protection and product costing. He manages the import of product from Asia and liaises with the company’s largest vendor. He also oversees its manufacturing factory operation, is involved in product placement with national account customers and manages the sales process to major manufacturers and distributors.
Mr Wilkinson currently serves as vice president of sales at EMSI, a private medical device company.
Chairman of the board, Wray Thompson, said: "We are pleased to add Mark and Bryan to our board of directors. Mark is a critical member of the company's senior management team. Our board will benefit from his long-term company and industry experience. Bryan has a very successful sales background. In addition, he worked for us for six years so he understands our business. His strong sales experience will be a nice addition.”
