In terms of beamhouse products, TRUPOCAL AFL is an ammonia and sulphate free deliming agent in liquid form, which provides a gentle and even deliming effect, even on unsplit hides. TRUPOCAL ASA is a low ammonia salt deliming agent in powder form. The product is ideally suited for low float deliming and assists in providing extremely fine, clean, grain patterns. And PASTOSOL SAB is a highly concentrated, solvent-free biodegradable degreasing agent. The product can be used across the full pH spectrum and is therefore applicable in all process stages.
Trumpler will also have retanning products on display in Shanghai. The TRUPOTAN BIO POLYMER range of retanning agents provide genuine ecological alternatives to conventional syntans and amino resins. All three products in the range, TRUPOTAN BIO-03L, TRUPOTAN BIO-05L and TRUPOTAN BIO-08P, are completely free from phenol and formaldehyde and provide high levels of filling, tightening and softening properties, as well as excellent exhaustion and fixation properties on a wide range of leathers without any danger to the environment.
Also in the range of new products, TRUPOSOL MAX is a highly concentrated phospholipid-based fatliquor developed for use on soft leathers as well as upholstery and automobile leather.
As a result of the extremely high active matter, TRUPOSOL MAX provides economy of use whilst facilitating excellent softening properties to be achieved.
