COTANCE to host round table in Bologna

The organisation said the event would be a gathering of the key players in the tanning sector, their suppliers and customers, as well as political authorities and academics. Participants will be selected on their “perceived capacity to influence the sector’s governance” so that the round table becomes a summit of the European leather business community.
It will focus on the market perspectives for leather and leather products in Europe and at international level now that the sector is, COTANCE says, “re-emerging from the recession that hit the global economy towards the end of 2008”.
The venue will be the Palazzo Segni Masetti, the headquarters of business association Ascom Bologna.
