CLIA to host forum in Shanghai

The China Leather Industry Association (CLIA) has announced that it will host the fourth International Forum for Leather in Shanghai on August 31, the day before the start of this year’s All China  Leather Exhibition.

The forum, originally called the World Leather Cooperation and Development Forum, has been a success in the previous three years it has run. The debate this year will centre on the carbon footprint of the leather industry. There will be presentations from Chinese and international speakers on reducing emissions and ideas for making leather production greener.
