Haining City in Zhejiang Province hosted a forum for China’s leather fashion designers in mid-July.

The footwear office director of the China Leather Industry Association, Wei Yafei, took part, alongside the deputy mayor of Haining, Shi Zhendong, experts from Donghua University Institute of Clothing Technology, representatives of the China Academy of Arts and well known designers from leather industry.

The forum aimed to establish better communications between designers and manufacturers.
