Tanning machinery specialist Intermedia Holland held an open house event at its Dongen headquarters earlier this year to celebrate its acquisition of tooling company Pelders Metaal.

A number of tanners from across Europe attended the event, which was opened by managing director, Marc Oomens. Mr Oomens gave a presentation origin of the business and the synergy between its three divisions. Following the open house event, guests were invited to a barbecue and celebration party at a nearby location.
