Louis Vuitton has new major store in London

The company arranged an invitation-only event for celebrities on May 26, with the store opening to the public two days later. It covers 1,500 square-metres in New Bond Street and will, according to Louis Vuitton, be one of the company’s largest and most luxurious in the world.
Friday, May 28, the date of the public opening is a significant anniversary for Louis Vuitton; it marks 125 years since the luxury brand first set up shop in London.
New York-based architect Peter Marino worked on the design of the store, which covers three floors, one of them permanently reserved for clients with a special invitation.
