Lanxess Argentina appoints new staff member
Specialty chemicals company Lanxess Argentina has named Paula Maria Calafiore as its new head of corporate communications. She will be responsible for strengthening communications within the company and building relationships with other divisions.
Ms Calafiore has a public relations degree from Universidad Argentina John F Kennedy as well as an MBA from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Prior to joining Lanxess, she held the position of marketing manager in Gastrotex Latin America, and before this she worked as bid manager at Siemens in Argentina and as marketing communications manager at Damovo Argentina.
The Lanxess group employs 14,600 across 23 countries. Its 300 workers in Argentina are based at its Vicente Lopez headquarters and at its production plant in Zárate.
