Leathergoods manufacturer Kasen International Holdings has won its bid for a piece of land in Haining, Zhejiang Province, China for RMB 152 million ($22.3 million). Payment for the land, which covers an area of 93,600 square-metres, is reportedly due in April.

Reports indicate the company is planning to expand its leather offering and is investing RMB 600 million in order to do so.
