Stuart Weitzman bag collection to launch

High-end footwear designer Stuart Weitzman is to lend his name to a new handbag collection, starting in the shoe designer’s home market, the US.
Leathegoods manufacturer Mosaicon will make the bags under licence. It has appointed Gladys Cutler—who has experience of playing a leading role at brands such as Bally and Bruno Magli—to head up sales of the new collection.
The new bag collection will arrive in US stores this summer and will retail for between $395 and $595.
