LVMH makes sustainability appointment

Luxury group LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has appointed a former Richemont executive, Paloma Castro Martinez, to the newly created post of group director of global corporate affairs.

Ms Castro was head of the international government affairs department at Richemont and in her new role will concentrate on helping LVMH improve its image and adhere to good business practice, including on sustainability. She will report to Pierre Godé, who advises chairman, Bernard Arnault.
