Dr

Fellow administrator Miguel Grosser will check the new production plan and will be responsible for buying in the raw materials required to carry it out. The administrators intend to present new payment terms to customers and have said they will process all orders “if clients accept the given payment terms”.

They announced at the same time that output at the company’s plant in Ludwigshafen has recovered to its former level. In Leverkusen and Geretsried only parts of the production have been restarted so far by the administrators. They are currently examining the possibility of increasing production there, as well as re-starting production at the DyStar facility in Brunsbüttel.
