USHSLA convention goes ahead in Chicago

The United States Hide Skin and Leather Association held its thirtieth annual convention on October 8 and 9 at the Swissotel in Chicago.
As well as a detailed conference programme, the organisers said they hoped to “recapture the camaraderie and solidarity that was once a hallmark of this meeting” at the 2009 event.
The convention started with meetings of the organisation’s board of directors, followed by a cocktail reception and dinner for all delegates, with the general conference session going ahead the following day.
