Ahmed Zulfiqar Hayat of M/s. Leatherfields has been unanimously re-elected as central chairman of the Pakistan Leather Garments Manufacturers & Exporters Association (PLGMEA) for 2009-10. This marks his third year in the post.

Shaikh Mohammad Yaqoob and Atif Ashraf were elected vice-chairmen of the association for the northern and southern zone respectively.

Other elected members of the executive board were Ahtesham Gilani, Qamar Khursheed, Rashid Arshad Zahur, Irfan Iqbal, Syed Shujaat Ali, Rizwan Rashid, Shahzad Malik, Rizwan Ahmed Khan, Danish Aman, Sohail Khawar Mir, Khalid Jahangir, Abdul Waheed Sandal, Tariq Masood Chaudhry, Arshad Mahr, M Aslam, Qaiser Mehmood Cheema, Aga Saiddain, Tariq Mahmood and Mohammad Khalid.
