Italian fashion brand Ermenegildo Zegna has lodged a legal complaint in Hong Kong against property company MTR Corporation.

Zegna is seeking compensation for an alleged breach of an agreement after MTR gave a lease for a retail outlet at the Elements Mall in Kowloon to luxury leathergoods brand Louis Vuitton instead.
