BASF reiterates ecology and economy focus

Specialty chemicals provider BASF has repeated that its main focus at this year’s All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE), taking place in Shanghai from September 2–4, will be on processes that offer economic and ecological benefits.
The particular solutions the company will have on display at the exhibition will include Lepton Enhancer LT, which comes with easy-to-use microcapsules, Astacin Top LPF, for water-based patent leather, an expansion of the Basyntan range with formaldehyde-free syntans, and the Lugafast Colorlock system, which can help tanners avoid colour migration.
