India-based Kiri Dyes and Chemicals has announced it is looking for overseas expansion opportunities. It is looking to acquire all or part of a business that shares similar objectives but has not yet said where its attentions are focused.

The company was established in 1998 and manufacturers more than 120 dyestuffs for the leather, textiles, paint and printing-ink industries.

The company set up a joint venture in Gujarat, India, with China’s Zhejiang Longsheng Group back in 2007 but is now looking to expand further afield.
