Tandy Leather buys shares back

Texas-based leather wholesaler and retailer Tandy Leather Factory plans to purchase 500,000 shares of outstanding stock from its founder and former CEO, Ronald Morgan, and Mr Morgan’s wife Robin.
Mr Morgan, who stepped down on June 30, and his wife are expected to sell the shares for around $1.425 million.
The shares represent around 4.7% of the company’s total outstanding stock. The company plans to retire the shares.
