Natuzzi stores to close

05/08/2009

Natuzzi Americas has announced that its two stores in Texas are closing as a result of the global economic slump.

Its Dallas store, which opened in 2004, closed on July 31 and its Plano store, which opened last August, will close on August 31.

President of Natuzzi Americas, Cary Benson, said the company regrets the store closures and that the firm aims to satisfy all outstanding customer orders in the near future.

There is a chance the Dallas store could reopen as a company-owned location; however, no final decision has been made. The firm will continue to run its flagship store in New York City.
