Brazilian meatpacker Frigorífico Minerva is to establish two subsidiaries. The first will take care of logistics and the second will manage the company’s investment portfolio.

Minerva Log SA will take care of transportation activity including road, rail, sea and river transport. Ibar Vilela de Queiroz and Frederico Alcantara de Queiroz have been appointed directors of the new company.

Responsible for the "administration of Minerva’s portfolio securities”, Loin Investments Administradora de Carteiras Ltda’s directors are Edison Ticle de Andrade Melo and Souza Filho and Fernando Galletti de Queiroz.
