According to the Chicago Tribune, a man was killed last week in a tragic accident at a local tanning facility.

Based on reports from the Milwaukee police department, it claims staff member Billie Bell Jr was working between two large rotating drums when his harness snagged and he was thrown over the drum. He was pronounced dead at the scene and the incident has been investigated.
