SATRA has developed a training package and laboratory test programme to help companies comply with the new EU regulation relating to chemical substances and their safe use.

There are currently 15 substances listed as being of very high concern and SATRA aims to help companies who are supplying articles to the EU market to understand and review their compliance with the regulation.

Its ‘REACH and Restricted Substances’ seminar will run in Kettering, UK, on September 22. The seminar will help people from any part of the supply chain to understand their responsibilities under REACH as well as offering advice on other new legislation such as the American CPSC lead and phthalate requirements.
