Trade representative to talk to USMEF board

The US Meat Export Federation (USMEF) has announced that the country’s new trade representative, Ron Kirk, will address a meeting of the USMEF board of directors on Friday, May 22.
“During his short time at US trade representative, Ambassador Kirk has already established himself as a skilled negotiator and respected advocate for US trade interests,” said USMEF president and chief executive, Philip Seng. “USMEF is honoured that he will be addressing our upcoming meeting, and we look forward to hearing more about his vision and perspective on global trade issues.”
