France’s industrial output fell further in March

The most recent figures from the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) show a fall of 1.4% from the previous month. February also registered a fall of 0.9% compared to January.

Specific to the leather industry, it registered a drop of 1.6% from February to March. INSEE groups leather together with textiles and apparel manufacture for the purpose of measuring industrial output.
