Hunger strike at tannery ends

Workers at a tannery in Serbia are reported by local media to have called off a hunger strike that ran for 18 days after reaching a deal on pay and conditions with the owners of the business.
Reports say that intermediaries from the ministries of labour and the economy were instrumental in bringing the dispute at the tannery in the town of Kragujevac.
